Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality firewood and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read the following returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Perishable Goods

Firewood is considered a perishable and natural product, and as such, returns are not usually possible. Once delivered, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Issues with Your Order

If you are unhappy with your firewood delivery for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. While we cannot guarantee a return or replacement, we will always do our best to resolve any issues where possible.

Delivery Areas

Please note that we only deliver to addresses within the following postcode areas: SS, CM, and CO. Orders outside these areas will not be fulfilled.
